Redpine was founded as a service company. We recognized that the missing piece from the healthcare IT market was day to day service and support. We also understood that our customers needed to have a say in what their software would ultimately become and how it would best meet their needs. Understanding these principles, we set out to change the way software solutions are delivered to the healthcare market. First, we built our service model. Before we even began writing code, we spent time with our clients to identify what they needed from us to improve their practice. Together, we identified what types of processes would have to be put in place to ensure those needs were met every day.
Once we understood these elements, we gathered a team that understood our chiropractors' unique business needs and began developing the Redpine Services Platform (the software). We collaborate with our customers to develop our application to make their business a success. So what is the driving force behind Redpine Services? It is simple: Service. Period.
The features of any system are important. We have provided a quick list of features below. Please bear in mind as your read this that we are completely focused on the requirements of our customers. Our customers have direct input into what their software will ultimately become and how it will best meet their needs. A new release occurs every 5 to 6 weeks that includes these requests from our customers.
